Passwords are encrypted and SCANA does not have access to them, so you must re-register by going back into the system and register by using a different e-mail address and supplying a password (making sure to record this somewhere for future reference). If you do not have another e-mail address, you should be able to just enter your name where it asks for the email address or name.
