April 25, 2003, Columbia, SC, - SCANA Corporation (NYSE: SCG) announced today that reported earnings for the three months ended March 31, 2003 were $84 million, or 75 cents per share, compared to a reported loss of $302 million, or $2.88 per share, for the same period in 2002. Reported earnings or loss are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
