Access: The site is bounded by and has direct access onto the recently widened SC Highways 60 (Irmo Drive) and 6 (Dreher Shoals Road). Interstate 26 is four miles from the site and Interstate 20 is ten miles away.

Bid Process: Written, sealed bids for the Property must be received at the law office of Pennington Law Firm LLP in Columbia, SC no later than 11 AM on Tuesday, February 19.
