The annual meeting will be held at the John Monroe J. Holliday Alumni Center, The Citadel, 69 Hagood Avenue in Charleston, South Carolina. William B. Timmerman, SCANA’s chairman, president and chief executive officer, will preside. During the meeting, Mr. Timmerman will provide an update on the Company’s operations, including financial results for the first quarter of 2007 that will be released to the public prior to the annual meeting.
