At SCANA and at each of our companies, our involvement in local communities goes far beyond delivery safe and reliable energy and other services. We’re actively involved in our neighborhoods in which we live and work, helping them grow and prosper and get through the hard times when necessary.
Partnering with The Salvation Army we help families who need financial help get energy assistance through the Heat Care Program. We help weatherize homes through the hands-on efforts of our employees and with financial contribution. We provide support for area colleges and arts programs. We participate in blood drives, clothing drives and food drives.
Just as SCANA companies provide a lifeline of services to keep a customer's home warm in the winter or to ensure a manufacturing plant has reliable power to run smoothly, so too do we recognize our responsibility to give back to our communities.
