Energetic Minds
One of our most exciting initiatives is EnergeticMinds.com, a Web site that brings together an exciting mix of fun and educational content to give parents, teachers and students useful tools to help teach children about the energy they use every day. Homework Centers
Homework plays an important role in children’s learning experience. To get the most out of it, they need a study environment that's safe, free of distractions and that offers access to resources and other forms of assistance. That's why SCANA Corporation helped to develop Homework Centers. More than 25 Homework Centers are now available at schools in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. These centers provide a safe, supervised place where students can go after school to work on their assignments. Certified teachers are available to help students improve their study habits or just get through a tricky math problem.

Junior Achievement

Junior Achievement brings the real world to students, opening their minds to their potential. We’re proud to be among the growing number of businesses, educators, parents and others who reach out to four million students each year in grades K-12.
In addition to providing financial support, we support our employees as volunteers. They take real life experience and knowledge of business to classrooms, enabling students to learn the realities of the business world – and to see the opportunities.
