Wellness Portal

Provides online wellness content, including Healthy Living Programs, challenges and seminars. Includes Enhanced Personal Health Assessment (PHA).

Essential Advocate

24/7 access to a registered nurse, along with a health advocacy program to bridge the gap between care and benefits, provider and patient, and hospital and home.

Maternity Care

Helps with understanding the challenges of pregnancy and preparing for parenthood. It also provides support and education, including high-risk counseling.

Medical Plan Options

SCANA’s medical plan includes vision and prescription coverage and uses the BlueCross BlueShield network of health care providers for in-network care.

Dental Plan

Employees select a comprehensive (up to $1,500) dental plan to cover themselves and their families.

Holidays & Paid Time Off

SCANA recognizes 10 holidays per year and employees receive paid time off (PTO) for vacations, personal days or sick days.

Voluntary Benefits

Employees are eligible to sign up for auto and homeowners insurance, cancer insurance, and supplemental disability insurance.

Life Insurance

SCANA provides each full-time employee life insurance equivalent to approximately one times their base salary at no cost to the employee. Also available for spouse and/or dependents.


Short-term and long-term disability coverage and income replacement are available for employees who have completed six months of continuous service.

Retirement Plan

Employees are eligible for a retirement plan after one year. Employees are considered vested – meaning they are eligible to receive benefits upon separation from the company – after completion of three years of service.
